Overview: These Lifting Boxes will be used during on-site training sessions either by our PowerLift trainers or your certified trainers at your facility.

For PowerLift  training to be effective we need your employees to learn through hands-on exercises that let them feel for themselves the difference between how they lifted before and the new PowerLift? technique. Each lifting box set includes 3 or 5 boxes with instructions on how to properly construct them.
